COLOR - How to choose a color?
There is an international guide for color selection. It is commonly referred to as the J.L. Color Code. The numbers you'll find listed are standard throughout the hair goods industry. This color code is only a guide. Dye lots differ which causes variations in the shades, especially with the lighter colors. Colors also have different tones. For example, a brown can have red tones or golden tones. A color ring may be purchased and used for reference. Be sure to mention that you chose your selection of color from this ring as dye lots may vary from texture to texture. Note: Not all textures are available in all colors, so check desired texture for availability.

HAIR FACTORY COLOR RING

When ordering hair for weaving or braiding, just select a color from our ring and we will match as closely as possible.

Note:
a) Thinner weaves tend to look more natural so 1/4 lb. to 1/2 lb. is generally sufficient.
b) When ordering shorter lengths of weaving hair the width of the weft is wider. The longer the length the shorter the width. For example: a 1/4 lb of 10" hair makes a weft approximately 65" wide, but 1/4 lb. of 18" hair makes a weft about 45" wide.
