Overseas & Canadian Orders - We accept all major credit cards. On the first credit card order we require you fax us a copy of your credit card statement showing your card number & billing address. We only ship orders paid by credit card to the card holder & only to their billing address. If you prefer you can mail a money order issued in U.S. funds. Please include shipping & handling charges. Same day shipping is available for all phone orders & money orders received by 5:00 p.m. eastern time (weekdays). Personal check orders are held 10 banking days. Return Policy:
If any item is not entirely to your liking you may request an exchange, credit to your charge card or a house credit (no cash refunds). All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all parts "As New". Items must be sent back with their tags & without being unrolled or brushed out. It must be received by us within 15 days of purchase. S/H fees are not refundable. Please call 1-914-576-1647 for a return number. Number must appear on the outside of the return box. Exchanges please include reshipping fee. All book, video, custom, & special order sales are final.
