• Hello HF,Just got my New York remi wave installed. I had never seen quality like this before!!! Here in the Netherlands this kind of quality dos not exist, the hair is soft, does not tangle or shed at all!! My barber loved this hair to! My stylist Veronique at NiaNicole Salon in Snellville, GA did an excellent job, I'm sure you'll agree. Before she treated it with the color, she added the rest of my hair (I hadn't used the entire 2 packs of the hair that I initially bought) for a fuller look. Again, the hair has held up very nicely and the color is great for summer. • ...I wanted you to know that I am pleasantly surprised at the Super Deluxe Weave hair I purchase this week. I removed most of the Sahara Relaxed hair and replaced it with the Super Deluxe hair. I curled the hair on Wednesday night after I put it in and have not curled it again, and today is Friday. It is very soft and natural looking. It also doesn't carry the smell of heat appliances and that is just amazing to me. Of course, the real test comes when the hair is washed. But I think the hair is already speaking for itself. I am sending this email because I have been buying hair for over 25 years and have been burned way too many times with poor quality hair. Your customer service was great and the hair came right away. • ...Nobody knows I wear a hairpiece!...This is a very light weight hairpiece that covers most of the head. I dont even know I have it on. I have been wearing top choice for over 10 years. If I tell anyone I am wearing it, they cant believe it even a dermatolgist couldnt detect it. The piece is a little large for the area I want to cover but it is easily cut and bound off. I like a multidimensional hair color so I sew in extensions which I also purchase from the Hair Factory.All hairpieces have to be replaced at least every 5 months and the price of the piece makes that very affordable. When I first starting getting Top Choice it came in a variety of colors that included a selection of reds. My only wish is that future inventories include that choice again. Thank you Hair Factory for making this traumatic experience of losing hair so much less painful and so affordable.
