… I have to say, it is the MOST INCREDIBLE hair I've EVER used. Again, having had cancer, and having bald spots for the rest of my life, I will need to continue purchasing hair from ONLY YOU. It's great quality hair, at an affordable cost. I have spent several thousands of dollars on hair, and I have been "burned" so many times it is frightening. ....I used sponge curlers, to add the "whirly-curls", so there would be no heat damage, that comes from curling irons…I did NOT even have to use hairspray, as the hair itself, stayed PERFECT. I just have to say this... I have been wearing weaves for awhile now and this is by far the best hair I have ever purchased. I recently bought the ny remi and it is amazing! ...I wanted you to know that I am pleasantly surprised at the Super Deluxe Weave hair I purchase this week. I removed most of the Sahara Relaxed hair and replaced it with the Super Deluxe hair. I curled the hair on Wednesday night after I put it in and have not curled it again, and today is Friday. It is very soft and natural looking. It also doesn't carry the smell of heat appliances and that is just amazing to me. Of course, the real test comes when the hair is washed. But I think the hair is already speaking for itself. I am sending this email because I have been buying hair for over 25 years and have been burned way too many times with poor quality hair. Your customer service was great and the hair came right away. You have a new customer and I will continue to order from Hair Factory.

spend the very little money I had...thankfully this French bulk braid was on
the specials.....The color is fabulous and everywhere I go everyone wants to
know where and how I got this from! The service was impeccable and I got my delivery within 72hours without paying any special shipping fee.... The only snag is....if you’ve got a big head like mine (smiling shyly)....You need 3 packs for a very full effect...that's like 12oz but the upside is the hair is incredibly light weight! —Crystal D., New York, NY...Nobody knows I wear a hairpiece!...This is a very light weight hairpiece that covers most of the head. I dont even know I have it on. I have been wearing top choice for over 10 years. If I tell anyone I am wearing it, they cant believe it even a dermatolgist couldnt detect it. The piece is a little large for the area I want to cover but it is easily cut and bound off. I like a multidimensional hair color so I sew in extensions which I also purchase from the Hair Factory.All hairpieces have to be replaced at least every 5 months and the price of the piece makes that very affordable. When I first starting getting Top Choice it came in a variety of colors that included a selection of reds. My only wish is that future inventories include that choice again. Thank you Hair Factory for making this traumatic experience of losing hair so much less painful and so affordable.
